We accept and carry out orders in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions, delivery and payment conditions apply even without any express agreement to all deliveries and services. The orderer's divergent conditions are not part of this agreement. Verbal and other agreements, which differ from our General Terms and Conditions, delivery and payment conditions, require our written confirmation to take effect.

The contract is concluded with the acceptance of the customer order on the part of RIEHL - Military & Outdoor Equipment. The company is represented by the business owner Corinne Riehl and/or the Managing Director Hans-Joachim Riehl.

The customer waives the right to the receipt of a declaration of acceptance, § 151 Sentence 1 BGB (Civil Code).
RIEHL - Military & Outdoor Equipment will notify the customer about the conclusion of the contract in a confirmation or at the latest with the delivery of the ordered goods or the offer or provision of the ordered service.

Our minimum order value for domestic orders is 25.- EUR and for orders from abroad is 50.- EUR. Orders with a lower value are only processed in return of advance payments.

Our offers are always subject to confirmation. Conclusions of contracts and other agreements take effect with the orderer's written order, telephone or fax order. We expressly reserve the right to remove items from the product range at short notice if we are forced to do so due to significant price changes on the part of our suppliers. Subsidiary agreements, changes and additions or assurances of features are only valid if the orderer grants his consent in writing. If the orderer withdraws from the contract without legal reason we are entitled to request an adequate flat rate for expenses.

All orders of knives and smoking bullets may only be carried out to persons aged 18 years or older according to the legal provisions (according to § 35 WaffG – Weapons Act). To this end, please, send a copy of your identity card, driving licence or service licences. Such items are labelled with a note.

The prices quoted are in EUROs and are quoted inclusive of the Value Added Tax as legally applicable with the amount of the relevant percentage. All prices stated in the catalogue relate to the items pictured according to the description, however, not to the content, decoration and accessories. During the validity of the catalogue (of the manufacturers) we reserve the right to price changes due to fluctuations in exchange rates. If the prices diverge at short notice we will contact you. The prices quoted in our online shop only apply to the orders via the Internet.

As existing customer you may receive discounts of up to 20% for all items in our ONLINE shop.
*Items, which are subject to legal price binding (e.g. books, food), as well as items from our offers, which are reduced already, are excluded. For items of the companies POLAR and GARMIN you will receive an individual offer.
Existing customers will receive their individual discounts for all orders in our ONLINE shop as well as in the cash purchases made in our shop.
The discount is tiered and amounts to the following for a shopping value of
500 EUR - 10 %
750 EUR - 15%
and from 1,000 EUR - 20%

of the sum of all purchases registered with us.
The discount is granted indefinitely but may be revoked at any time.
The discount depends on the purchaser and is thus not transferable!

With your loyalty and trust in our service you will automatically become an existing customer. You only need to achieve the turnover values listed and when you exceed these values you will receive the discounts we offer.
You are at an advantage if you submit a collective order!

Members of the following offices/authorities will benefit from special conditions in return for relevant evidence (e.g. copy of the work licences) or for dispatches to the business address: police, Federal Army, BGS, customs, justice, fire brigade, security and rescue services as well as municipal authorities. The term for payment is agreed as 14 days. In the event of exceeding the payment period we are entitled to demand arrears fees.

Clubs and their members registered with us will also benefit from special conditions. To this end a written request of the Managing Committee is required. We will send you our offer immediately by mail.

Deliveries by forces postal services to foreign places of actions outside Europe are exempt from the Turnover Tax. Thus we will note charge any Value Added Tax, which would be 7% for books and foods and 19% for all other items. Thus you will save the Value Added Tax for every order from your place of action.

In Germany you may choose from advance payments, cash on delivery or credit card payments.
You may make the advance payments by cheque or as bank transfers to our account 533 72 74 with the Kreissparkasse Schongau (Sort Code734 514 50).
As reference, please, state the order date and order number.
For advance payments you must wait for our invoice. You will receive the invoice by email.
Foreign customers may only order in return for payments in advance or by credit cards.

Until the full payment has been received the goods remain our property.

Supplied goods remain our property until payment of all claims from the business relationship with the orderer has been made in full. In the event of the orderer breaching the contract, in particular, in the event of delayed payments we are entitled to redeem the goods and the orderer is obliged to return the goods. Custom-made designs are exempt from exchange and redemption.

The revocation of individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions, delivery and payment conditions shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Changes of and additions to this agreement require an instrument in written.

The data required for the order processing are stored and used within the scope of the order processing. All personal data are naturally treated confidentially within the Datenschutzgesetz (Data Protection Act) and not handed over to third parties. If the customer would like not to consent to the use of data on the part of RIEHL - Military & Outdoor Equipment the customer is entitled to object to this use at any time by sending a relevant email to info@riehl-military.com or by sending a letter to our business address. The customer has got the right at any time to enquire the data stored with RIEHL - Military & Outdoor Equipment within the scope of the order processing and to have them deleted.

Age proof/business licences (copy of identity cards, driving licence) are only used for the registration of your details and are deleted subsequently in accordance with the Datenschutzbestimmungen (Data Protection Regulations).

The image and text material, which we use, was made available by us and with the consent of our manufacturers/suppliers respectively. The reproduction and the use of image and text materials, even in extracts, of any kind are only allowed with our consent.
Any breaches will be prosecuted according to the Civil Law.

The place of jurisdiction and the place of fulfilment is Altenstadt/Schongau.
The German Law applies exclusively.
