We grant our consumers the right of revocation in accordance with § 355 BGB (Civil Code) with a money-back guarantee within the legal term of 14 days after receipt of the goods, which we have extended to 30 days in your interest. You may revoke within 30 days without providing reasons in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or by returning the goods. The period begins at the earliest with receipt of the goods and this instruction. To ensure the period of revocation the timely sending of the revocation or the object suffices. The revocation shall be addressed to our business address. In the event of returns from a goods delivery, where the value of the goods to be returned amounts up to EUR 40.00 or if the value of the object is higher and the customer has not provided the counter service at the time of the revocation or has not made the contractually agreed partial payment the customer must bear the costs for the returns if the supplied goods correspond to the goods ordered. In other cases the return sending is free of charge for the customer. Foreign customers always bear the dispatch costs in the event of a revocation or return. The preconditions are that the goods are unused without any traces of use and that they are in the original packaging. We do not accept any deliveries subject to charges. An exchange due to a wrong size is possible without problems. If available the return sending will be dispatched immediately and freight forwarded. In the case of an effective recall the performances received by both parties must be returned and if required the uses taken advantage of (e.g. user advantages) must be handed back. Should the received service not be returned entirely or in parts or only in a worsened state you are required to pay damages to us insofar as required. This does not apply to the handing over of objects if the deterioration of the object only results from its inspection – the way in which you may have been able to detect the deterioration in a shop. For the rest you may avoid the obligation to compensation in that you do not use the object as if it was your property and avoid everything that decreases its worth. Unless otherwise agreed, the right of revocation does not apply to distance contracts: - for the delivery of goods, which are custom-made to the customers' specifications or which are clearly tailored to the personal requirements or which are not suitable to returns due to their quality or which may spoil quickly. - for the delivery of newspapers, magazines and illustrated reviews. - for the delivery of audio or video recordings, CDs, software, if the customer has unsealed the data carriers delivered.

In the event of a defect the customer may demand in accordance with § 439 BGB (Civil Code) at his choice the removal of the defect or the delivery of goods that are free of defects. Within the scope of § 439 BGB (Civil Code) RIEHL - Military & Outdoor Equipment is entitled to refuse the replacement delivery if the same was only possible in connection with excessive costs within the scope of § 275 BGB (Civil Code). If the repair is not successful in the second attempt you are entitled within the scope of § 439 BGB (Civil Code) to reduce the purchase price, to demand the delivery of goods that are free of defects or to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal from the contract is excluded if the defect is insignificant and minimal. The guarantee lasts two years and commences with the customer's receipt of the goods. The customer is only entitled to the guarantee if he provides the original invoice. Immediately after receipt of the delivery of goods, please, check for completeness or possible defects and notify us of any complaints within one week after receipt. We cannot assume any liability for delayed defect reports. In the event of hidden defects the notification must be made immediately after their occurrence within the guarantee period. The guarantee does not cover such defects, which can be traced back to the improper use or above-average use of the goods on the part of the customer. Wearing parts (e.g. shoe soles, batteries, bullets, etc.) are also excluded from the guarantee. If a defect occurs more than 6 months after the hand-over the customer must prove that the good was defect at the time of the assignment. Otherwise, it lies with RIEHL - Military & Outdoor Equipment to prove that the good was free of defects at the time of the hand-over.

In order to assert the manufacturer's warranty within the guarantee period you send to us your item together with the invoice and the guarantee certificate. We will then forward the same to the manufacturer to have the defect removed. You may, however, also contact the manufacturer directly in order to clarify any possible questions directly with him.

Orders are processed chronologically after the incoming orders. We cannot take into consideration any certain dispatch or delivery dates requested verbally or in writing. However, we endeavour to send the goods to you as quickly as possible.

After the online order you will automatically receive a confirmation of our receipt of your order at the email address, which you provide. Once the order is complete the ordered goods will be sent to you immediately, unless you agree to partial deliveries (please state as relevant). If you have chosen advance payments as the payment option you will receive your invoice by email (email address required). Please, do not transfer the amount invoiced until then. After the receipt of your payment you will receive your order immediately!

If RIEHL - Military & Outdoor Equipment discovers after the conclusion of the contract that the ordered goods are no longer available from RIEHL - Military & Outdoor Equipment or that they may not be delivered for legal reasons RIEHL - Military & Outdoor Equipment may offer a substitute equal in quality and price or withdraw from the contract; for the remainder the §§ 434 Para. 3, 475 Para. 1 BGB (Civil Code) apply. After realising the non-availability of the goods RIEHL - Military & Outdoor Equipment will notify the customer immediately. RIEHL - Military & Outdoor Equipment will pay back to the customer any payments received in advance immediately after the withdrawal from the contract.

Your orders are carried out as quickly as possible. If the item is in stock we dispatch on the same day. If an item is subject to a longer delivery period we will inform you.

You may inform us if you consent to a partial delivery or to a complete delivery only. For partial deliveries we bear the dispatch costs for subsequent deliveries. In the event of partial deliveries the total amount invoiced is due with the first delivery (for cash on delivery only).

We do not assume any liability for delivery delays due to force majeure and due to unforeseen circumstances, even in the event of bindingly agreed delivery times. In such cases we are entitled to withdraw from the contract in parts or in full. We are obliged to notify the orderer immediately of the beginning and the end of these impediments. Our obligation to deliver is not applicable if the orderer is in arrears with the payments due.
